Our land is rich with wild food and medicine. In Northern British Columbia, we enjoy a variety of wild berries, saskatoon, huckleberry, blueberry, high bush cranberry, gooseberry, to name a few. We harvest a variety of greens to eat raw and cooked and to dry for use throughout the winter. Mushrooms are plentiful throughout the spring and fall. We harvest and dry a large variety of herbs and medicines for use in teas, salves and tinctures.
